EMCCA expands TechnologyOne partnership with HR & Payroll and Plus

The East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) has expanded its partnership with TechnologyOne selecting Human Resources (HR), Payroll and TechnologyOne Plus to power a connected digital foundation for its people, finances and operations. Building on its existing OneCouncil Financials solution, the expansion strengthens EMCCA’s delivery of more efficient, streamlined services.

The addition of HR and Payroll will bring financial and workforce information together on a single platform, giving EMCCA greater visibility across its operations to improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of workforce data.

TechnologyOne Plus brings agentic AI capabilities directly into the enterprise platform, helping employees access insights, automate tasks and interact with business information using voice conversation. Bringing these capabilities together with financial and workforce data will help EMCCA identify opportunities to improve productivity, support decision-making and reduce administrative effort.

Together, the expanded platform will support EMCCA with core HR and payroll processes, as well as establishment control, management reporting and workforce planning as the authority continues to grow.
