Inverclyde Council partners with TechnologyOne for major digital upgrade

Inverclyde Council has partnered with TechnologyOne to deliver a major cloud-based finance systems upgrade, supporting more efficient, resilient and modern services for over 78,000 residents across the area.

As councils accelerate digital transformation to address rising cost pressures and improve public service delivery, Inverclyde Council is investing in a modern finance platform to strengthen financial resilience, improve efficiency, and support its Digital Customer Service Strategy.

TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil Financials and Enterprise Cash Receipting solutions will modernise the council’s core financial operations and support its wider transformation programme.

TechnologyOne’s SaaS+ platform will deliver a secure, UK-hosted cloud environment that streamlines income management, enhances operational efficiency, and enables smarter, data-driven decision-making. Its SaaS+ delivery model uses preconfigured solutions with full implementation accountability, accelerating time to value and reducing reliance on third-party consultancies.

The system will also support business continuity, hybrid working, real-time reporting, and strengthened governance and compliance, while improving overall service delivery.
