Islington Council joins growing global adoption of TechnologyOne’s ERP AI platform, Plus

New signing builds momentum across organisations including City of Doncaster and Hart District Council

Islington Council has selected TechnologyOne’s Plus platform to modernise its financial management and operations, joining a growing number of UK and global organisations embracing next-generation AI for enterprise software.

The agreement reflects accelerating demand for Plus, TechnologyOne’s agentic AI solution that delivers smarter insights, faster decision-making, and more streamlined processes across the public sector. Recent UK adopters include City of Doncaster and Hart District Council, alongside a broader international customer base.

Plus integrates advanced AI across TechnologyOne’s enterprise software, allowing staff to interact using natural spoken or written language, and access actionable insights across all council functions. The platform requires minimal setup or training, delivering immediate operational efficiency and value.
