TechnologyOne Partners with EMCCA to Deliver Smart Financial Management Across the East Midlands

The East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) is accelerating its digital transformation with TechnologyOne’s industry-leading SaaS+ Financials solution, driving progress toward a more prosperous, sustainable, and equitable East Midlands.

The move will equip staff with real-time data for smarter budget management, streamlined administration processes, and faster more accurate financial reporting.

Formed in February 2024, EMCCA unites the four local authority areas of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Derby, and Nottingham under a shared ambition to unlock the region’s potential and drive sustainable growth.

Recognising the need for a finance system aligned with its vision for innovation and sustainability and following a rigorous procurement process, EMCCA selected TechnologyOne’s proven SaaS+ Financials platform to deliver a secure, scalable, and future-ready solution.

TechnologyOne’s SaaS+ model sets a new benchmark for on-time, on-budget implementation, by creating a shared incentive to get systems live. The model delivers value by removing traditional implementation fees, ensuring a seamless transition to modern technology.
