TechnologyOne redefines UK ERP market as SaaS+ becomes new standard

In Local Government, momentum is building as councils pursue a unified, enterprise-wide approach to transformation. TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil solution enables finance, HR, payroll, assets, and operations to be managed in a single platform, purpose-built for government compliance and regulatory requirements. 

New customers such as West Dunbartonshire Council and Inverclyde Council show SaaS+ is becoming the standard for UK local government ERP. Meanwhile, existing customers like Islington Council are expanding their investment by adopting TechnologyOne’s AI-powered Plus platform, highlighting growing demand for advanced AI capabilities. 

Scaling for sustained growth in the UK 
Rather than focusing solely on software, TechnologyOne’s SaaS+ approach combines enterprise ERP with a proven implementation model that removes the uncertainty traditionally associated with large-scale IT projects.
