Stephen Kennedy

Stephen is the Group Company Secretary and Head of Compliance and Risk at TechnologyOne. He is a qualified Company Secretary through the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), where he was also a member of the Queensland Council. He became a Fellow of the GIA and the Corporate Secretaries International Association in 2014.

Prior to joining TechnologyOne in 2017, Mr Kennedy was the Assistant Company Secretary for Queensland Rail for two years, following 12 years as Assistant Company Secretary for Flight Centre Travel Group, where he performed roles responsible for accounting, treasury, insurance and ESOP functions.
