Giovanni Rizzo

Giovanni is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience working in various senior management and consulting roles for large listed technology, fintech, and entertainment businesses in Australia, South Africa, and Canada. Giovanni’s corporate background includes previous roles as General Manager of Corporate Advisory at an ASX listed company as well as leading the investor relations and sustainability functions at an ASX 50 company. Giovanni is also currently a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at an ASX listed company based in Brisbane, Australia.

Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (with Honours) and a Higher Diploma in Auditing. He is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
